Toshiharu Shibahime

Toshiharu Shibahime is a designer for children's clothes and the father of Tsubasa Shibahime. When he said that when he designs dresses, he takes Tsubasa as a model and thinks of which clothes would fit her as he also made several dresses for her. He's handsome and good-hearted, but he is quite clumsy and he cares deeply about his daughter.
